Shaikha Al Kaabi

Hamad A. Alaydaroos

Hamad Abdulrahman Alaydaroos is considered to be from the creative and passionate youth. He has graduated in 2017 from Khalifa University (Excellent with honors) B. Sc. Mechanical Engineering. He has also completed a minor in Nuclear Engineering. Hamad is currently working in Energy Sector. Hamad has participated in various leadership programs like Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation and KAIST Global Nuclear Leadership program which given him an opportunity to develop his leadership skills, build a base knowledge about nuclear energy, in addition to network with experts in the field and industry of nuclear energy. Moreover, he has participated in UAE Youth Ambassador Program to South Korea in 2015 and 2016, and completed three levels in Korean Language, as well as an internship in Korea Electric Power Corporation which is the main contractor of the Nuclear Power Plants in the UAE. From the other side, Hamad has increased his knowledge in Renewable Energy by participating in the Young Future Energy Leaders Program (YFEL) in Masdar Institute, since this program has enabled him the opportunity to participate in global conferences, workshops, and network with global leaders in the industry of renewable and sustainable energy. In addition, Hamad has won in a competition that was organized by YFEL Committee and was awarded the opportunity to travel to Japan in order to analyze the quality of Tama River, visit Sophia and Tokyo University to broaden his knowledge in Renewable Energy and Sustainability. Hamad has not only participated in Programs, but he also participated in the Youth Circle that focused about Youth and Sustainability. Hamad presented the most obvious challenges that the youth face when it comes to sustainability and the mechanism of facing these challenges. Hamad has ensured to benefit from his time in Khalifa University, which was by developing the environment that he lives in. He has been elected to be the President of Student Council in Khalifa University, and President of the Mentor Program. His main focus was to build a solid foundation which will guide the future Student councils in order to continue the path of Excellency and move forward towards a better environment for the students. Hamad organized events, raising awareness, campaigns, and most importantly created procedures and plans that the clubs and student council follows. Those experiences have shown in his characteristics and skills, since he has developed his Leadership, Innovative Project Management, Speaking and Communication, and Research and Development skills. His continuous eager for work has led him to develop Effective Time management. Finally, Teamwork is considered to be one of the key success factors of Hamad, since he was able to combine the efforts of the clubs and the students in Khalifa University and made them as a one big family that works in order to make a creative and happy environment for the other students. Hamad continuous efforts were paid since he won Sharjah Volunteering Award 2017, but his eager towards Excellency will never stop.

Abeer Al Zaabi

Currently working as a Program Analyst Engineer, PMO at Abu Dhabi Transport and Control Company (TRANSCO). She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the UAE -2013 and was the Vice-President of the Civil Engineering Society at the time. She holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management with honors from the University of Abu Dhabi -2015. The only candidate from her organization in the Government Innovation Diploma - the fourth installment, by the Ministry of Cabinet and Future Affairs in collaboration with the University of Cambridge, UK. - Head of Planning Team at the Innovation and Innovation Committee of the Energy Department. Change Champion in updating the official website and the organization strategy. An effective, ambitious and creative work experience in monitoring, controlling and projects analysis. Good interpersonal and communications skills for the effective operation and management of the governance framework.

Adhraa Almansoori

Adhraa Almansoori is a project manager at Futurists Hub . Currently working as an IT project Engineer at Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) on the Midfield Terminal Building project. She is a co-founder of Emirates Digital Association for Women (EDAW111) and served as board member at EDAW from 2014 until 2018. Graduated with a Bachelor degree in IT Networking and Security from Zayed University. She represented the UAE at the Gulf Skills competition in Bahrain and the Word Skills competition in Germany for the Network Administration category. A side from the technical side, Adhraa have studied leadership and multiculturalism at Al-Maktoum College of Higher Education in Scotland.

Dr. Hisham Ismail

Dr. Hesham Ismail finished his bachelor degree from Petroleum Institute and got his Master and PhD from the University of Maryland. His interested are in robotics, drones, and artificial intelligence. He developed an inspection robot for oil storage tank, work on anode changing robot, and built a customized drone for PV panel inspection. He is motivated to conduct workshops and lectures to educated the public about the latest trends in robotics and AI.

Saeed Al Junibi

Saeed Tariq Al-Junibi is the father of four children with a master's degree in engineering administration. The first graduate in the UAE graduated from the 7000 students from the Higher Colleges of Technology. He started his career in programming since 1999 when his school nominated him to be in the UAE programming team. He won the first place in a series of competitions including "Clean Energy from UAE University" where he participated with the operating team the first effective device in the year 2011. Said Al-Junaibi works as a project engineer currently in the government department and also manages the Internet experience in things and houses and needs of experience in the field Technology in the 101X program. Said al-Junibi speaks 5 languages and plays piano since his youth.

Mishal AlMarzouqi

Mishal AlMarzouqi is the first Emirati Judge and Expert in the field of Mechatronics. Mishal is currently a Technical Project Associate at Taweelah Asia Power Company. Earlier he worked as an Associate of Asset Management at Abu Dhabi National Energy Company “TAQA”. AlMarzouqi holds a Master degree of Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Hamdan bin Mohamed Smart University and a Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Higher Colleges of Technology. He is also a graduate scholar from the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Scholars Program in New York University, a unique international leadership program.  Mishal is a Board Member of the Alumni Board Committee in Dubai Men’s College and an active member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers since 2012. He is also an active member of Society of Engineers in UAE since 2013 and even contributes actively to the development of the institute of Engineering and Technology in UK. Mishal was a Vice President of Dubai Men`s College Student Council for two years as well as HCT Student Council, representing 17 colleges throughout the country.  AlMarzouqi got the first place in Innovator Award and he was the Best in the Category of Aerospace, the first place in the Emirates Award for the Arabian Gulf Youth for his social project “Dreams Factory” and a third place in Drones for Good Award for his invention “Drones in HealthCare Sector. He was also awarded with Mubadala Youth Award for his contribution to the community, Abu Dhabi Industry Award from Higher Colleges of Technology, Directors Award from Dubai Men`s College and many other awards from different entities.  AlMarzouqi has participated as a volunteer in more than 40 conferences and events inside and outside the country. He has 300 recorded hours volunteering with TAKATOF and with many other entities.
